Presidential Aspirant, Khadijah Okunnu-Lamidi has set the ball rolling. She is ready to carry a party flag.
Khadijah Okunnu-Lamidi who declared her intention to run for the highest seat as an independent, has made a decision to join a platform that promotes social welfare, one that is open to the voice of the youth, and of women and other sidelined Nigerians.
“We took this long to choose a party because we wanted first to establish our own identity and our ideological message” says Khadijah.
“We believe in one Nigeria and in the opening of its space and resources to all Nigerians. This is the key to economic inclusion and National Security.
Our campaign is something of an insurgency. We do not have sacks of free money but we have thousands of volunteers, millions of supporters and most importantly- the mandate of the people” she reiterated.
It is with delight that we bring to your awareness that Khadijah Okunnu-Lamidi and the KOL campaign will announce her chosen party on Thursday 7th April, 2022.
While our challenges may be new, our instruments shall continue to be innovative. However, the values upon which our success depends; honesty and hardwork, courage and fair play, tolerance and curiosity, loyalty and patriotism, stand firm. They remain forever true and together we shall create new beginnings for Nigeria.
