Nigerian gospel artist Somtochukwu Nsofor, professionally known as Essemm, is preparing for an extraordinary feat as he aims to break the Guinness World Record for the longest continuous singing marathon. The current record, held by Indian singer Sunil Waghmare at 105 hours, will be surpassed as Essemm attempts to sing for an astounding 128 hours.

Essemm, a multi-talented singer, songwriter, and music producer, has been passionate about music from a young age. Growing up in Lagos, he developed his skills playing instruments like the guitar and piano. His deep-rooted faith has been the foundation of his gospel music career, inspiring him to blend powerful vocals with messages of hope and faith.
